Job summary

AAON is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with business leaders and employees to support workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational performance at our Memphis facility.

This role provides strategic and operational HR support, investigates employee relations, analyzes workforce trends, and helps design workforce planning, succession, and development initiatives in collaboration with HR centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, or a related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify risks and improve workforce planning.
• Conduct investigations and resolve workplace concerns in line with policies and laws.
• Support succession planning, workforce development, and organizational design initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development teams.
