Job summary

This role provides strategic HR support, resolves employee relations matters, analyzes workforce trends, and helps develop programs aligned with business needs. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field; 4+ years of HR experience.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate employee relations issues and recommend actions in line with policies.
• Coach managers on performance, conflict resolution, and development.
• Support talent planning, succession, and organizational design initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
• Assist with organizational changes and change management initiatives.
• Support onboarding, engagement initiatives, and culture development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
