Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business management, human resource management, or a similar discipline, and 5 years HR experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience interfacing with senior business leaders; ability to influence and advise at top levels.
• Strong judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning, reskilling and upskilling within the assigned area.
• Coaching and consulting to key stakeholders on HR challenges.
• Drive competitive organization by aligning people priorities with leaders' goals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for growth-related roles.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Draft and update HR policies in line with laws and goals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Plan and monitor the HR budget for the assigned area and department.
