• Counsel employees and managers on workplace issues ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
• Support performance management and policy interpretation to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR experts in recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits to optimize programs for local facilities.
• Participate in training programs and succession planning to improve retention and development strategies.
