You will lead regional HR projects, counsel managers on workplace issues, and support recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits, contributing to a compliant, engaged workforce and business goals.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of related work experience in HR or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Hybrid work arrangement indicated by #LI-Hybrid

• Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues, conducting thorough investigations to ensure fairness and compliance.
