Job summary

HB Fuller is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and employees across sites. You will resolve employee relations issues, support performance management, and advise on policy interpretation while managing multiple projects and fostering morale-building initiatives.

• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's or University Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Manages and resolves complex employee and labor relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
• Counsels employees and managers on workplace issues, ensuring adherence to employment laws, policies, and procedures.
• Operates as a key partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and workforce analytics.
• Supports performance management and policy interpretation while driving HR projects across sites.
