Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using data to drive HR insights.
• Ability to influence across all levels.
• Proactive problem-solving in HR challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR support with business leaders to align people strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Guide performance management and development planning.
• Ensure HR policies and legal compliance.
• Use HR data analytics to monitor workforce trends.
• Lead change management and culture initiatives.
• Execute HR programs, including engagement surveys.
• Develop and communicate HR policies clearly.
