Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Partner to support our leadership and employees across the organization. This fixed-term contract role (6 months) emphasizes data-driven HR, policy guidance, and culture initiatives within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

You will collaborate with the People Experience Team to shape people strategies, drive engagement, and ensure compliant implementation across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering with business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Experience leveraging data to drive HR insights and decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Support: Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive performance.
• Employee Relations: Act as trusted advisor, address concerns, investigate issues, and ensure fair resolution in line with policies and laws.
• Performance Management: Guide managers and employees on performance expectations, feedback, and development plans.
• HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and best practices.
• HR Systems & Data Analytics: Use HR data to monitor trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Change Management & Culture Initiatives: Lead initiatives to engage employees and foster a positive work environment.
• Policy Development & Communication: Develop and communicate HR policies clearly to reflect culture.
