You will partner with management to deliver integrated HR solutions and drive employee engagement. Responsibilities include leading HR programs, policy interpretation, training leaders on recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and investigations while ensuring compliance with location-specific

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of related experience as an exempt level Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist.
• Bi-lingual capability (English/Spanish in the U.S., English/French in Canada).

Responsibilities

• Promote, communicate, and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Build influential relationships as a strategic HR partner.
• Develop and deliver integrated HR solutions with Corporate HR and leadership.
• Ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies.
• Provide HR leadership and reporting to management.
• Train leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
• Guide policy interpretation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Investigate employee relations matters with objective follow-up actions.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
