Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Kansas City, KS, is seeking an HR & Safety Coordinator to handle day-to-day employee support, coordinate key HR processes, promote safety, and support regional cross-dock managers.

You will screen applicants, manage onboarding, maintain attendance and payroll records, and work closely with the HR team on employee concerns while ensuring OSHA and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employee records management.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations
• Experience with applicant tracking, payroll, benefits, and leave administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employee support and coordinate key HR processes.
• Promote workplace safety and OSHA/DOT compliance; conduct safety inspections.
• Oversee office services, attendance, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and recordkeeping.
• Support regional cross-dock managers during quarterly visits and onboarding activities.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding through ATS.
• Maintain record-retention and prepare reports for management.
