Job summary

You will partner with leaders to implement talent initiatives, manage employee relations, lead workforce planning, and promote a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborate with centers of excellence and analyze HR metrics to support change and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support objectives.
• Provide coaching to managers on leadership, performance management and talent development.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve workforce performance.
• Lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, and change management.
• Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation to deliver HR support.
• Support organizational change efforts and effective communication with employees.
• Promote a high-performance culture via continuous development and accountability.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and transfers; ensure timely processing.
• Ensure on-site visits follow scorecards to measure initiatives and metrics.
