Job summary

KEYSTONE SOLUTIONS GROUP in Kalamazoo, MI, seeks a Lead HR Operations to drive recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration across office and manufacturing environments. The role oversees HR staff, ensures timely HR execution, and promotes company culture while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, leave, benefits, and employee relations; monitoring laws and regulations; and coaching leaders on resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 4+ years equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years of Human Resources work experience.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities for managerial, production, exempt, and professional roles.
• Oversee HR Coordinator staff, set priorities, coach and develop team.
• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation, align with culture.
• Administer benefits programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle leave, workers’ comp, unemployment claims; HR program administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; health and safety.
• Support safety programs and resolve employee relations issues.
