Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Prosperity, SC seeks a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to the plant leadership team. This role leads HR initiatives, builds a high-performance culture, and aligns HR with operational goals to drive engagement and results.

Responsibilities include employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR systems management, leaves, investigations, and leadership development in collaboration with the Corporate L&OD team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong background in HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs and foster morale and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels.
• Lead staffing and recruitment, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production hires.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; manage leaves and claims; ensure compliance.
