Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is seeking a People Operations Business Partner in a hybrid role to support leaders and associates across the region. You will counsel on associate relations, performance, development, and policy interpretation while strengthening engagement and retention.

In this position, you will shape talent strategies, manage recruiting lifecycle, lead onboarding, and help executives implement people programs. Demonstrated HRBP experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting policies, managing performance, and developing talent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and associates to provide guidance on associate relations, performance, career development, and policy interpretation.
• Assess talent needs, update job descriptions, and develop strategies aligned to business goals.
• Develop recruiting strategies and manage full lifecycle from pipelines to offers.
• Lead onboarding and new hire orientation to communicate Majestic's culture and benefits.
• Administer policies and programs, guiding benefits, payroll, timekeeping and related topics.
• Analyze People Operations trends and support continuous program improvement.
