Job summary

VuePoint Diagnostics, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support across the colleague lifecycle in Birmingham, AL. You will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, manage onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and HR policy execution.

The role requires 3-5 years HR experience, a bachelor's degree, and comfort with HRIS systems such as Paylocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM or PHR certification a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of core HR functions: benefits, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across the colleague lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and support benefits programs and leave processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support audits and reporting.
• Assist employee relations and performance management documentation.
• Support payroll administration and confidentiality of data.
