Responsibilities

• Advise on compensation, job reclassifications, promotions, and salary decisions in compliance with regulations.
• Lead organizational development, employee relations investigations, and policy reviews to improve culture and engagement.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance management, and talent development across assigned groups.
