The role requires five years of professional HR experience, knowledge of federal/state laws, and the ability to manage compensation and organizational development initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional level HR experience.
• Knowledge of best HR practices and related state and federal laws.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategy with assigned leaders to drive business performance and culture.
• Regularly monitor client satisfaction and build strong partner relationships with clients.
• Advise on merit increases, job reclassifications, promotions, and other compensation evaluations for compliance.
• Manage company-wide compensation, evaluation, and training programs addressing workforce development and retention.
• Assess culture and outline strategies to improve morale and engagement across the organization.
• Lead HR activities within leader groups with coaching and guidance in HR areas to enhance leadership and employee development.
