Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing scope.
- Minimum of 4 years dedicated HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
- Experience in a large, matrixed environment with complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce, talent, and leadership matters.
- Translate business strategy into integrated people and workforce strategies.
- Lead strategic workforce planning and assess capability gaps against growth plans.
- Coach leaders on building teams, performance, and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent, Learning & Development to scale leadership solutions.
- Drive organizational design, role clarity, and operating-model improvements.
