Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions and administrative support for HR leadership.
• Report directly to the Human Resources Director and closely support various field leaders.
• Track reports and compile metrics including diversity, turnover, performance management, headcount and other forms of measurement for the HR team.
• Assist in calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support.
• Coordinate training, interview and leadership development events.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
