Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive business performance through people strategy.
• Advise on merit, pay, promotions, and compensation evaluations.
• Lead HR activities across assigned leader groups and coach leaders.
• Assess culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and improve relations.
