Job summary

ROSEN in Columbus, Ohio seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals, lead workforce planning, and drive organizational effectiveness. You will partner with leadership to shape talent strategy, manage change, and build an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will advise on workforce planning, succession, and HR analytics, leveraging data to support decisions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience including Business Partnering, People/Talent Strategy Development, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, and Program Execution.
• SHRM designation or equivalent is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance, growth, and culture.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions.
• Facilitate change management and organizational design to support business strategy and minimize disruption.
