Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company is seeking an HR leader to design and implement plant HR programs, including compensation, benefits, visa processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety.

You will partner with site leaders to deploy talent management, engagement, leadership development, and compliance with California laws, ensuring efficient HR operations and a high-performance workforce across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant.
• Partners with business leaders to deploy talent acquisition, management, and engagement initiatives.
• Provides guidance to site leaders to foster a high-performance workforce and ensure legal compliance.
• Supports employee relations processes, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures delivery of HR services across assigned sites.
