Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Fontana, CA location. The role designs and implements HR programs, administers compensation and benefits, and ensures compliance with CA laws across multiple sites.

You will partner with leaders to deploy talent initiatives and manage employee relations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 7+ years HR experience, and HR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance practices required.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for the plant and administers policies related to compensation, benefits, visa processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
• Partners with business leaders to deploy talent acquisition, engagement, leadership development, communications, compensation, and benefits initiatives.
• Guides site leaders and direct reports to foster a high-performance workforce and ensure legal compliance.
• Supports employee relations through investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures effective delivery of HR services to assigned site(s) and analyzes HR metrics to support business objectives.
• Maintains cross-functional collaboration and accurate employee data and documentation.
• Manages staffing, training, employee relations, and team performance to develop the HR function in coordination with direct reports.
