Job summary

Coborn's is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership across multiple locations. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and organizational change.

You'll coach leaders, guide investigations, and partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent people practices while supporting growth and store

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, multi-location HR experience preferred.
• HRBP/HR leadership experience and ability to coach HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to Operations leadership and translate priorities into people strategies.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, engagement, retention and change.
• Use HR metrics to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Provide guidance balancing employee needs, business objectives, and risk.
• Consult on complex employee relations matters and lead investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management and development.
• Identify workforce trends and collaborate to address concerns and mitigate risk.
• Partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams on staffing strategies.
• Lead succession planning and development for leaders and critical roles.
