Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership across multiple locations.

You’ll guide workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with HR teams to deliver consistent people practices. The role requires strong business acumen, experience in HR leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations, leadership consultation, talent management, and workforce planning.
• HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or multi-location HR experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Operations leadership, translating business priorities into practical people strategies.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, engagement, retention, and change.
• Use HR metrics to identify opportunities, evaluate effectiveness, and propose solutions.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, investigations, and employment decisions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development, and leadership practices.
• Support succession planning and staffing strategies across locations.
