Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to advise Operations leadership and shape people strategies across multiple locations.

You will translate business priorities into practical HR solutions and work closely with store leaders on workforce needs. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence, and leaders on staffing, succession planning, and change management, while coaching teams to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
• HRBP or multi-location leadership experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Operations leadership with practical people strategies.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational structure, and engagement.
• Use HR metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Lead investigations and address employee relations matters.
• Coach leaders in performance, development, and change management.
• Support multi-location staffing and succession planning.
