Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Coaching managers and leaders on HR best practices.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, FLSA and related laws.
• Hybrid work setup with travel to store locations; regular presence required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and partner with managers on employee relations and policy application.
• Support talent selection, promotions, and transfers with compensation alignment.
• Lead or assist investigations into misconduct following procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to implement people practices that align with company values.
