Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership across multiple locations, shaping people strategies that support stores, employees, and growth.

You will guide workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and change initiatives, with leadership coaching and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, leadership consultation, talent management, and workforce planning.
• HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or multi-location HR experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or a similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Operations leadership, translating business priorities, workforce challenges, and operational needs into practical people strategies and solutions.
• Provide HR guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, leadership development, and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, engagement, retention, and effective leadership practices.
• Identify employee relations and workforce trends and proactively partner with leaders to address underlying concerns and mitigate risk.
