Job summary

Red River is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Managed Services to align HR strategies with business objectives and support employees, leadership, and the organization. The role acts as a strategic partner in talent management and employee relations while providing hands-on support to individual contributors and managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Knowledge across compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with employees to understand HR needs.
• Conducts regular meetings with business unit leaders and teams.
• Primary HR contact through the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to separation.
• Partners with talent acquisition to support backfills and resource allocation.
• Provide HR guidance for client escalations, staffing challenges, and service delivery needs.
