CJ Logistics America is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to site leadership, driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. You will lead with empathy and vision to shape a culture where people thrive.

You will provide HR leadership, coaching, and development to leaders and staff to achieve objectives, delivering HR programs and solutions that support short- and long-term goals while fostering positive employee relations across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 4–6 years in HR management with an hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Able to sit for extended periods in a non-climate controlled warehouse; travel up to 10%.
• Proficient with computers including Google platforms; able to work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR efforts to ensure policies, processes, and regulations are followed consistently.
• Coach leadership and develop HR programs across sites.
• Manage staffing, retention, and workforce planning to meet business needs.
• Coordinate recruiting for hourly and salaried vacancies and assist in interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and new leader orientations.
• Analyze HR data, maintain HRIS, and generate timely reports.
