Job summary

Crane in Ohio seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR functions for a high-volume logistics operation. You will align business objectives with employees, serve as a liaison among staff, station leadership, and corporate HR, and drive compliance and initiatives.

Responsibilities include advising leadership, directing recruitment, resolving employee relations issues, and coaching on performance and legal matters. Strong analytics and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years as an HR business partner.
• 5–6+ years' employee relations experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or manufacturing.
• HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise station leadership on all HR functions.
• Direct recruiting and employment activities for timely placements.
• Partner with operations to manage investigations and complaints.
• Coach on performance, harassment, and legal issues.
