Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the U.S. logistics and warehouse operations. You will collaborate with regional leaders to drive people strategies that enable performance and growth.

In this role you will lead talent management, recruitment strategy, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with U.S. and New Jersey regulations. You will also champion change initiatives and foster a diverse, inclusive culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in logistics or high-volume distribution.
• Fluent in English, with strong negotiation and cross-border collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and New Jersey regulations.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with logistics leadership to align people priorities with business goals.
• Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet U.S. logistics and warehouse staffing needs.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment compliant with federal and state laws.
• Support change management initiatives aligned with JD.com’s global vision and organizational transformation.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies adhering to U.S. and New Jersey regulations.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve programs and processes.
• Foster a culture-building focus on DEI to strengthen JD.com’s work environment.
