Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in logistics or high-volume environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and New Jersey regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to logistics leadership to align priorities with organizational goals.
• Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for U.S. logistics and warehouse operations.
• Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliant issue resolution.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD.com’s global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve programs and processes.
• Promote DEI and foster a culture-building environment across teams.
