Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead Supervisors and frontline staff at the Union City, GA logistics center. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coaching teams to meet targets and uphold company values.

You will partner with other departments to allocate resources, implement training, and execute improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams and supervisors in a warehouse setting.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate clear expectations across the team.
• Lead and coach Supervisors to meet performance standards.
• Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor and drive safety culture.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and staffing.
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
