Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager in Minneapolis to lead day-to-day HR service delivery within a shared services model. You will oversee benefits administration, enrollment, and lifecycle processes, while driving standardization and data accuracy across HR systems.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, leadership, and a proven ability to optimize operations. A hybrid work setup with responsibilities across multiple HR functions is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of HR processes, policies, laws & regulations.
• Experience leading HR operations in a shared services model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR operations, including benefits administration and enrollment.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce HR SOPs, checklists, templates, and knowledge content.
• Collaborate with HR Service Center, Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Partner with HRIS and IT to maintain data integrity and improve workflows.
