Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage HR and recruiting functions across two DC facilities. You will recruit, onboard, handle investigations, administer benefits, and maintain compliance with policies and employment documents.

You will partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies, oversee ATS/HRIS, conduct interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while supporting employee development and ongoing HR programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Communications preferred.
• At least five years of human resources experience.
• Three years of full life-cycle recruiting, managing multiple high-volume roles.
• Minimum two years of administrative experience; proficient with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR inquiries at DC facilities.
• Apply HR policies, ensure compliance and benefit enrollment.
• Educate staff on policies and maintain confidential employee files.
• Create and maintain development materials for Phyto Cultivation and Retail.
• Coordinate interviews and work with hiring managers on staffing.
• Maintain ATS data; support recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Assist in workers' compensation and safety reporting.
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the COO.
• All other duties as assigned.
