Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee investigations, and benefits administration at our DC facilities.

You will ensure policy compliance, develop training materials, and maintain confidential employee files while partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and employee experience. The role involves working with the COO on ad hoc projects, managing HR data, and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass both Federal and State criminal history background checks.
• Associate's degree in HR, Business Admin or Communications; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• 3 years in full life-cycle recruiting, high-volume roles.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Technology savvy; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR inquiries at DC facilities.
• Apply HR policies, employee handbook, and benefits enrollment.
• Educate staff on policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain confidential employee files.
• Develop training materials for Phyto Cultivation and Retail.
• Maintain department records and suggest process improvements.
• Manage employee data and terminations records.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and reporting.
• Address grievances; conduct investigations with Compliance & Strategy Partner.
• Maintain/update ATS, job descriptions, and requisitions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate with hiring teams.
• Facilitate interviews with timely feedback and positive candidate experience.
• Complete ad hoc projects assigned by the COO.
