1X in San Carlos, CA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to scale its People function as the company grows from advanced product development into global production. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and IT to shape organization design and talent programs.

The role requires partnering with senior leaders, driving workforce planning, leadership development, and managing complex employee relations while ensuring California employment law compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including experience as an HRBP.
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, People, IT, or other G&A.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and sensitive employee matters.
• Working knowledge of California employment law and day-to-day HR partnership.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Carlos, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with G&A and Marketing leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Translate business priorities into workforce plans, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies that support company growth.
• Coach managers through performance management, employee development, promotions, compensation decisions, organizational change, and leadership challenges.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with sound judgment while ensuring compliance with California employment law.
• Design, build, and scale people programs, processes, and operating rhythms that improve manager effectiveness and employee experience across supported organizations.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal, and fellow HR Business Partners to deliver consistent, scalable people solutions.
