Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support the People organization, including Recruiting and Communications. You will partner with senior leaders to design HR policies, coach executives, and drive strategic initiatives across Compensation, Benefits, and other functions.

In this role you will help build scalable programs, ensure regulatory compliance in North America, and contribute to a fast-growing, safety-focused tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in HRBP/People Operations or related roles.
• Experience partnering with People and Comms in high-growth tech environments.
• Knowledge of employment law and North American compliance.
• Experience supporting G&A functions in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to diversity and confidential, practical support.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to leaders across People and Communications teams.
• Provide HR lifecycle support in partnership with Benefits, Compensation, etc.
• Collaborate with management to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Finance to implement scalable programs and policies.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects with other HRBPs and teams to grow talent.
