Job summary

Frontline Communications, a division of Pierce Manufacturing, within the Oshkosh family, seeks an HR Business Partner to provide primary HR partnership for the Clearwater location and collaborate with Bradenton. You will shape people strategies across both sites, support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, and development, and align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to leaders and teams across Frontline and Pierce Florida operations, primary for Clearwater and partnership with Bradenton.
• Develop people strategies with business and HR leaders to support performance and growth.
• Provide day-to-day HR partnership on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Promote consistency in HR practices while respecting unique needs of each location.
• Assist in employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective action with HR leadership.
• Advise on HR policies, programs, compensation, benefits and employment regulations.
• Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop communications and resources to promote understanding of HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness and culture.
• Travel between Clearwater and Bradenton as needed to maintain strong relationships.
