Frontline Communications, a division of Pierce Manufacturing, is seeking an HR Business Partner based at the Clearwater, FL facility. You will partner with leaders across Frontline and Pierce to align people practices, support talent development, performance, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

You will travel between Clearwater and Bradenton as needed, collaborating with HR and business leaders to strengthen Florida operations and team member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR Business Partner to leaders across Frontline Communications and Pierce Florida operations.
• Provide day-to-day HR partnership on employee relations, performance, development, and workforce planning.
• Promote consistent HR practices across Clearwater and Bradenton locations.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for leadership.
