Frontline Communications, a division of Pierce Manufacturing and an Oshkosh company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Clearwater, FL operation and collaborate with the Bradenton site.

You will provide day-to-day HR partnership, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning, aligning people programs with business goals. Travel between sites is required to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
• HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or UKG is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as HR partner to leaders and team members across Frontline Communications and Pierce Manufacturing’s Florida operations.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on employee relations, performance, development, and workforce planning.
• Promote consistent HR practices while accommodating the needs of each location.
• Travel between Clearwater and Bradenton facilities as needed.
