Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner for its Augusta, GA manufacturing site to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across employee relations, payroll, benefits, and development. This role shapes site culture and drives continuous improvement with operations leadership.

You will collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational design, and training while ensuring legal and HR compliance across the site. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/multi-site environments.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including Time & Attendance, LMS, and ATS systems.
• Travel required; rotating weekend duty and 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across employee and labor relations, organizational development, and employee growth at the Augusta site.
• Support hourly staffing, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, aligning with corporate guidelines.
• Coach leaders on performance and employee relations, and partner in change management with business leaders.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure onboarding KPIs and diverse pipelines meet needs.
• Partner with HR leadership to implement programs and training aligned with strategy.
• Support compliance training and workforce initiatives.
