Job summary

TriNet seeks a Transition Strategy Partner to support prospects and customers from pre-sale through onboarding and transition. You will uncover and resolve complexities in sales and onboarding, partnering across functions to remove barriers and set accurate expectations for a smooth transition to TriNet’s HR solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of consultative experience, strong knowledge of payroll and employment laws, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years of consultative or account management experience required.
• Typically 1+ years of Sales Support and/or Implementation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws in Payroll and Leaves.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage prospects and clients through all phases of implementation.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to optimize TriNet configurations.
• Advocate for customers by identifying gaps and resolving issues.
• Coordinate between customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Experience, Technical, and Operations teams).
• Maintain knowledge of TriNet’s core products and services.
• Serve as escalation point during complex onboarding scenarios and remove blockers.
• Educate customers on setup activities and product functionality.
• Proactively engage clients to ensure high service standards during implementation and transition.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and onboarding practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
