Job summary

TRDI Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function, translating organizational strategy into people programs that support mission delivery, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.

This role ensures the health of the entire HR operation—structure, standards, talent, and outcomes—building systems and a culture of accountability and trusted service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute department-wide HR strategy aligned to TRDI Inc. goals and values.
• Lead and develop the HR team; set goals and build succession plans.
• Establish and refine HR service standards and compliance.
• Own the department documentation framework with owner assignments and audits.
• Serve as senior decisionmaker for complex employee-relations matters and investigations.
• Lead workforce planning and hiring programs; partner with leaders to fill roles.
• Champion compliance across HR functions including EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and I-9.
