Job summary

NetApp seeks a senior leader to drive the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise applications across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Legal. You will guide multi-year roadmaps, manage vendor relationships, and align business priorities with scalable, secure solutions while partnering with executives to accelerate AI-enabled transformation.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, global team leadership, and a proven ability to deliver value through modernization and intelligent automation

Qualifications

10+ years in technology/enterprise applications with leadership experience.
Proven experience leading ERP teams across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Legal.
5+ years Oracle ERP implementations; Oracle ERP Cloud experience preferred.
Ability to lead through managers and global teams in a matrix environment.
Strong grasp of SaaS/cloud platforms, integration architecture and data flows.
Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, data governance and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise applications portfolio aligning with business priorities and IT strategy.
Define and execute multi-year enterprise applications strategy and roadmaps.
Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
Oversee vendor relationships, investments, and performance management.
