Qualifications

• 10+ years of data, analytics, BI and AI/ML experience.
• 2+ years enabling enterprises to leverage data to accelerate AI adoption.
• Proven track record delivering analytics with measurable business impact in finance, HR, ops, or services.
• Bachelor's/Master’s in CS/DS/Statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BI/AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish AI Center of Excellence with reusable assets and scalable delivery.
• Lead change management and executive alignment for AI initiatives.
• Partner with function leaders to define AI outcomes and business cases.
• Oversee governance, lifecycle, and auditable AI solutions.
• Define enterprise data domain models, taxonomies, and semantic contracts.
• Collaborate with analytics/AI teams to ensure explainable, trustworthy AI.
