Job summary

Wonder is seeking an HR Manager for Field and Distribution in Swedesboro, NJ. This leader will partner with the Site Operations Leader to translate business needs into workforce actions, build an onsite HR team, and ensure compliant HR practices in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role focuses on strategic partnership, talent development, and workforce stability, with responsibilities spanning staffing, employee relations, and operational support to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in production, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume environments.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders on workforce and business challenges.
• Experience in employee relations, culture, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Site Operations Leader on workforce strategy and business performance.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing analysis, and succession planning for a 24/7 site.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee relations, and policy application; handle investigations.
• Monitor turnover, vacancies, and labor trends; support onboarding and employee engagement.
• Develop manager capability and ensure HR operations are compliant and efficient.
