Job summary

Wonder is seeking an HR Manager to be the strategic partner to the Site Operations Leader for a 24/7 production facility in Swedesboro, NJ. You will translate business needs into workforce actions and lead an onsite HR team focused on culture, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience.

Candidate will coach leaders, manage employee relations, monitor staffing levels, retention, and workforce readiness across a large hourly workforce to ensure consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders on workforce and business challenges.
• Experience leading or developing HR team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Operations to translate business needs into workforce actions and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, attendance, and policy application.
• Drive staffing readiness, onboarding, onboarding, retention, and engagement efforts.
• Lead an onsite HR team and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
