Job summary

Wonder is seeking an HR Manager for Field and Distribution in Swedesboro, NJ. The role partners with the Site Operations Leader to shape workforce strategy for a 24/7 distribution site and develop an on-site HR team handling orientation, reporting, and routine HR processes.

You will drive staffing, retention, and leadership development while ensuring compliant HR practices across operations and production. A strong HR background in high-volume settings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-volume operations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders on workforce challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading or developing HR team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; 24/7 facility may require evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Site Operations Leader.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Develop onboarding, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Build and lead onsite HR team and ensure compliant HR practices.
